Mr. Shin is the type of technician/mechanic that my father use to go to. One who has experience and isn't afraid to admit he may not know what problem is as a layperson would explain it however he will figure it out. I have personally seen him collaborate with other, very good, shops to get the proper diagnosis. By the way the other shops recognize his ability and respects his opinion.

Mr. Shin is the most honest, hard working car mechanic I've ever hired. He will text you details on what exactly he worked on with your car and send you videos so you never feel misinformed/mislead into paying too much like with most car mechanics ive hired in the past. When one of his repairs didn't fully fix my oil pressure he took it in again and worked on it for days until it got fixed and he didn't charge me anything. Highly recommended if you own a German vehicle and want an extremely thorough and honest mechanic.

I have found a home for my auto repairs. I took my Mazda 3 in for a brake install and engine service. I had my car back in the same day. They really kept me up to date of what was needed and made me feel comfortable. I will send everyone I know!

I've dealt with Mr. Shin with my Mercedes. He has been nothing but fantastic with me. I since moved up but will make that travel to service my baby with only him. He's all about fair business and great results.

Shin is an excellent and honest mechanic. He immediately diagnosed the problem and personally showed me what the issue was in my car. When I picked it up, he further educated me on some tips for preventive maintenance that would save me a lot of money in the long run.. Straight shooter, competent, and honest.
